Follow-up of the Paris Declaration of 2005 on aid effectiveness

A report on the follow-up of the 2005 Paris Declaration on aid effectiveness. The amendments address donor 'darlings' and 'orphans' and neglected sectors such as health, education and gender equality, Official Development Assistance levels and EU commitments including the 0.7% target and the Monterrey agreements, donor coordination and division of labour, the European Consensus on Development, integrating new EU members as emerging donors, parliamentary oversight, civil society, and aid transparency.
