Summary
This own-initiative report concerns the efforts of the international community in development and state-building in South Sudan. The amendments address insecurity across the Sahel and Horn of Africa, South Sudan's oil dependence, corruption, the peace process and Comprehensive Peace Agreement with Sudan, the disputed region of Abyei, Security Sector Reform, human rights, the African Union and UN, and economic diversification.
