Summary
An own-initiative report on the European Strategic Energy Technology (SET) Plan. The amendments address European Industrial Initiatives and their prioritisation, financing for renewable and energy-efficiency research, technology transfer to developing countries, the Seventh Framework Programme and Euratom funding, climate and greenhouse gas reduction targets, and international research cooperation.
