Legislative proposal on a cooperation programme with audiovisual professionals from third countries, MEDIA Mundus. The amendments rework recitals on the audiovisual sector's contribution to the creative economy, cultural diversity and freedom of speech, cooperation with third countries under Article 151 of the Treaty, technological change and European distributors, and provisions on preventing fraud, strengthening professionals' skills, promoting European values and multilingualism, and a threshold for the allocation of funds.
