Summary

This dossier concerns the eligibility of energy efficiency and renewable energy investments in housing under the European Regional Development Fund. The amendments make expenditure on energy efficiency and renewable energy in buildings eligible in all Member States, give special attention to housing for low-income households, cap housing expenditure as a share of the ERDF allocation, and link the measures to climate protection.
