Consultation dossier on migration from the Schengen Information System (SIS 1+) to the second-generation Schengen Information System (SIS II). The amendments require the Commission to submit a six-monthly progress report to the European Parliament and the Council and set the entry into force and expiry of the Decision as fixed by the Council.
