Summary
The dossier asks what future young farmers have under the ongoing reform of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). Amendments revise recitals and paragraphs on generation change in farming, support for young farmers under the CAP pillars, high setting-up costs and access to land and finance, the Lisbon and Gothenburg Strategies, rural areas, food safety and quality, training, and proposals such as a land bank and a European quality label.
