2025 Commission report on Moldova

This own-initiative procedure concerns the 2025 Commission report on Moldova. The amendments welcome completion of the bilateral screening and the aim of closing accession negotiations by early 2028, address the negotiation clusters, justice and anti-corruption reforms, the Growth Plan and Reform and Growth Facility, and accession to the Single Euro Payments Area. They cover Transnistria's reintegration and its costs, Gagauzia, Russian electoral interference and hybrid aggression, energy cooperation with Romania and disrupted electricity interconnections, gender-based violence, emigration, the diaspora, the European Peace Facility, the EU Partnership Mission, and targeted sanctions.
