Summary

This dossier is a recommendation to the Council on EU priorities for the 70th session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women. Amendments add or delete citations to instruments such as the directive on combating violence against women and domestic violence, and revise recitals on equality between women and men, gender mainstreaming and an intersectional approach, period poverty, and access to justice and legal aid for women.
