Summary

This own-initiative report covers the 2023 and 2024 Commission reports on Bosnia and Herzegovina. Amendments reference the Dayton-Paris Peace Agreement, the Federation and Republika Srpska, the country's official languages and linguistic diversity under the Charter of Fundamental Rights, and the Copenhagen criteria for accession. Others debate enlargement as a foreign policy instrument, the country's territorial integrity and sovereignty, and concerns over ethnic divisions and Islam.
