Summary

This dossier (Omnibus IV) amends certain directives to extend mitigating and simplifying measures available to SMEs to small mid-cap enterprises. The amendments concern the better regulation agenda and competitiveness, the definition and thresholds for small mid-cap enterprises referencing turnover and employee figures, prioritising support for micro and small enterprises, and amendments to directives on markets in financial instruments, SME growth markets and the resilience of critical entities.
