Summary

The dossier is the Ninth report on economic and social cohesion. Amendments revise recitals describing cohesion policy as the EU's main investment tool under the multiannual financial frameworks, its role in economic, social and territorial convergence, the green and digital transitions, climate change, outermost and rural regions, and responses to shocks such as COVID-19 and Brexit.
