Summary

An own-initiative report on the implementation of the common foreign and security policy. The amendments mostly add citations to prior resolutions, conventions and Council decisions, referencing the EU-CELAC Summit, tensions over Varosha and Turkey, the Armenian Genocide, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh, Moldova's resilience against Russian interference, China and Taiwan, restrictive measures against cyber-attacks, NATO's 2022 Strategic Concept, and human rights and gender-equality frameworks.
