An own-initiative report on control of the financial activities of the European Investment Bank for 2023. The amendments rework recitals and paragraphs on the EIB Group, its governance, disbursements, IFRS results, CET1 ratios, its role in cohesion regions and the EU neighbourhood, alignment with the Paris Agreement, a role in EU defence and security, and measures against fraud, money laundering and terrorism financing.
