Cooperation among enforcement authorities regarding unfair trading practices in the agri-food supply chain
The dossier covers cooperation among enforcement authorities on unfair trading practices in the agri-food supply chain. Amendments build on the existing Directive to strengthen cross-border cooperation, exchange of confidential information and evidence, rules on costs and language, enforcement of fines and interim or final decisions, the Commission's direct and investigative powers, and coverage of widespread cross-border practices and of buyers established outside the EU.
