Summary

Own-initiative report on the implementation and outcomes of cohesion policy 2014-2020 in the Member States. Amendments describe cohesion policy as the EU's main regional investment instrument, addressing climate change, outermost and less developed regions, brain drain, cross-border obstacles, and its role in responding to crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the refugee and energy crises linked to Russia's war against Ukraine.
