Summary

An own-initiative report on the implementation of the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument - Global Europe (NDICI). The amendments call for revising the Heading 6 ceiling and Multiannual Financial Framework, support for Ukraine and Moldova including pre-accession assistance, refined budget nomenclature and scrutiny, respect for climate, migration and gender targets, use of blending instruments and the EIB, and greater transparency over how funds are used.
