Rapporteur (the Member appointed to lead Parliament's work on this text): MAZUREK Beata (ECR)
Summary

An own-initiative report on the implementation of the 2018 Geo-blocking Regulation in the Digital Single Market. Amendments dispute extending the regulation's scope to audiovisual, music, book and video-game content, weighing territorial and exclusive licensing and contractual freedom for film financing against consumers' cross-border access and linguistic diversity, citing the European Audiovisual Observatory and the Portability Regulation.

Plenary votes

15 roll-call votes

In plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
