Commercial transactions: combating late payment
Regulation on combating late payment in commercial transactions. Amendments address the debtor's liability to pay interest for late payment and force-majeure exceptions, automatic accrual of interest without a reminder, payment periods, the creditor's ability to waive interest including where a public authority or large undertaking is the debtor, and special treatment for the books and cultural-products sector.
