Summary

This dossier concerns use of the Internal Market Information System and the Single Digital Gateway for certain requirements under the Directive on European cross-border associations. Amendments extend the single digital gateway to legal persons other than businesses, add feedback-tool reporting of time spent on procedures, require anonymised publication of feedback and statistics, list information areas on starting, running and closing such legal persons, and set Commission review reporting.

Plenary votes

1 roll-call votes

In plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
