Supplementary protection certificate for plant protection products. Recast
The dossier recasts the supplementary protection certificate for plant protection products. Amendments set conditions for granting a certificate based on the basic patent, bar more than one certificate per product to avoid overprotection, and establish a centralised examination procedure with the Office, national patent offices and examiners, opposition and appeal procedures, fees, Boards of Appeal, and delegated acts.
