Detergents and surfactants
A regulation on detergents and surfactants. Amendments revise recitals and provisions on placing detergents and surfactants on the Union market, covering phosphate limits in consumer laundry detergents, micro-organisms, obligations of economic operators (manufacturers, importers, authorised representatives, distributors), imports from third countries, dosage and digital labelling, the digital divide and refill formats, the product passport, market surveillance, technical documentation retention, sample testing and complaint registers.
