Rapporteur (the Member appointed to lead Parliament's work on this text): VON CRAMON-TAUBADEL Viola (Verts/ALE)
Summary

This own-initiative report is the 2022 Commission Report on Kosovo. The amendments revise citations referencing the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, EU-Western Balkans summit declarations, UN Security Council Resolution 1244 and the ICJ Opinion, and Kosovo's applications to the Council of Europe and the EU. They debate the effectiveness of EU enlargement policy amid Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine and EU financial support to Kosovo.

8 roll-call votes

In plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
