Summary

An own-initiative report on the implementation of civilian CSDP and other EU civilian security assistance. Amendments address civilian crisis management as a pillar of the CSDP, the Civilian CSDP Compact and the Strategic Compass, missions covering policing, rule of law and security sector reform, hybrid and cyber threats and disinformation, the impact of Russia's war against Ukraine, the Women, Peace and Security agenda, climate change, and resources.
