Institutional relations between the EU and the Council of Europe
An own-initiative report on institutional relations between the EU and the Council of Europe. The amendments address cooperation on human rights, democracy and the rule of law, EU accession to Council of Europe conventions including the Istanbul Convention, the Venice Commission, the cessation of Russia's membership following its aggression against Ukraine, the planned Reykjavik Summit, and EU funding of joint programmes.
