Transfer of appropriations V/AB-03/C/22- Court of Auditors

This dossier is titled as a transfer of appropriations relating to the Court of Auditors. The amendments instead address the right to education and free universal access in developing and partner countries, children out of school, challenges faced by girls, education funding and infrastructure, the COVID-19 pandemic and the war against Ukraine, brain drain, public-private partnerships, and dedicating at least 10% of development cooperation funds to education.
