Summary

An annual report on the financial activities of the European Investment Bank (EIB). The amendments call for a capital increase, highlight the EIB as the EU's public bank and the role of the European Investment Fund for SMEs, mid-caps and start-ups, welcome financial assistance to Ukraine in response to Russia's war, investment in the Palermo-Catania line, green bonds, InvestEU, and the Climate Bank Roadmap ahead of COP28.
