Instant payments in euro
This regulation introduces requirements for instant credit transfers in euro, amending Regulations (EU) No 260/2012 and (EU) 2021/1230 and Directive 98/26/EC. The amendments debate obliging payment service providers to offer sending and receiving of instant credit transfers, the interfaces and online channels used and round-the-clock availability, the position of payment and electronic money institutions, charges relative to other transfers, fraud prevention, maximum-amount settings and verification of the payee's account identifier.

Plenary votes
1 roll-call votesIn plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
