Amendments to the Financial Regulation. Recast
This dossier is a recast amending the Financial Regulation. Amendments address protection of the Union budget against fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest and double funding, an early-detection and exclusion system, a single integrated IT system for data-mining and risk-scoring, transparency on recipients, budgetary guarantees, non-financial donations, procurement, rule-of-law conditionality and the Charter of Fundamental Rights, and the European Green Deal.
