Summary

A regulation on ozone depleting substances. The amendments address listing global warming potential alongside ozone depleting potential, feedstock and process-agent uses and their phase-out, licensing of imports and exports, non-refillable containers, recovery, reclamation and destruction, illegal trade and customs controls, whistle-blower protection, access to justice, and substances such as halons and nitrous oxide, with reference to the Montreal Protocol and the European Green Deal.
