Summary

Annual implementing report on the EU association agreement with Georgia. Amendments cover Georgia's implementation of the agreement and the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area, its EU membership application and European perspective, rule of law, judiciary and media freedom, political polarisation, and Russia's occupation of Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali region/South Ossetia, threats to territorial integrity, and reductions in dependence on Russian fossil fuels under the REPowerEU Plan.
