Summary

An own-initiative report on the protection of the EU's financial interests and combating fraud for 2020. Amendments address the annual PIF report, corruption and the rule of law, fraudulent and non-fraudulent irregularities and recovery rates, customs and VAT fraud, risks linked to the COVID-19 pandemic, fraud detection in the common agricultural policy and cohesion and fisheries funds, transparency over beneficiaries, OLAF and the EPPO, and the external dimension and the NDICI.
