Summary

Decision on the 2020 discharge for the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex). The amendments rework the assessment of the Agency's budget increases and staff, the Court of Auditors' findings and special report, an unrecorded EUR 10 million amending budget and an ex-post budgetary commitment, the European Anti-Fraud Office investigation and Ombudsman inquiries, allegations of pushbacks and fundamental rights violations, the fundamental rights officer, and proposals to postpone discharge.
