Summary

This dossier is a report on implementation of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive. The amendments focus on deploying recharging points and pre-cabling for electric vehicles and bicycles in residential and non-residential buildings, smart charging near homes and workplaces, minimum energy performance standards, building renovation for decarbonisation, the Renovation Wave, support for SMEs, accessibility for people with reduced mobility, and the Union's climate-neutrality target by 2050.
