Summary

A regulation on gas and hydrogen markets. The amendments concern the ENTSO for Gas, ACER and the Commission, network codes, a non-binding Union-wide ten-year network development plan for gas and hydrogen and a European supply adequacy outlook, a gas and hydrogen quality monitoring report, decommissioning aligned with fossil gas phase-out, cooperation between transmission and distribution operators and hydrogen network operators, and consistency with Union climate and net-zero targets.
