Digital information exchange in terrorism cases
The dossier concerns digital information exchange in terrorism cases. Amendments revise recitals on the exchange of information for investigating and prosecuting terrorist offences between competent national authorities and Eurojust, the European Judicial Counter-Terrorism Register and a modernised case management system, the use of biometric and alphanumeric identification data, structured transmission and interoperability, secure communication channels, derogations from sharing information, and fundamental rights.
