2021/0342(COD)·9th term·ECON·COD - Ordinary legislative procedure (ex-codecision procedure)·CompletedProcedure completed
Rapporteur (the Member appointed to lead Parliament's work on this text): FERNÁNDEZ Jonás (S&D)
Summary

The dossier concerns amendments to the Capital Requirements Regulation. The amendments revise how institutions calculate risk-weighted exposure amounts, conditions for combining the Standardised and IRB Approaches for given exposure classes, and derogations for the 'factor x' formula used in TREA, with several deletions, transitional percentages across calendar years, EBA technical standards, and recitals on faithfully implementing the Basel III reform without significantly increasing capital requirements.

Plenary votes

1 roll-call votes

In plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
