Summary

This dossier is the 2019 discharge for the European Economic and Social Committee within the EU general budget. Amendments address an OLAF case on inconsistent travel declarations by a member, reimbursement of remote-participation expenses during COVID-19, the Committee's output of opinions, open source software and the agreement with Microsoft, building security and asbestos, the transparency register and lobby meetings, cooperation with Parliament and the Committee of the Regions, and diversity.
