Summary

Own-initiative report on the financial activities of the European Investment Bank, annual report 2020. Amendments address the EIB's lending outside the Union and in least developed countries, development policy, climate and the SDGs, the EFSD+ External Action Guarantee, blending finance, transparency of financial intermediaries, tax evasion and money laundering, and ex-ante human rights impact assessments.
