Towards a stronger partnership with the EU outermost regions
Own-initiative report on a stronger partnership with the EU outermost regions. The amendments revise recitals on the outermost regions of France, Portugal and Spain, their maritime area, biodiversity and school drop-out rates, the impact of COVID-19 and Brexit, and paragraphs on Article 349 TFEU, the 2021-2027 MFF, tax derogations including dock dues, the role of the Commission and DG REGIO, and the Conference on the Future of Europe.
