Budgetary report on the mobilisation of the European Union Solidarity Fund for assistance to Portugal, Spain, Italy and Austria. The two amendments call for a reform of the Fund in the forthcoming MFF to account for more frequent and violent natural disasters due to climate change, and recall the Treaty objectives of territorial cohesion and the special characteristics of outermost regions.
