Implementation of Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products (the Construction Products Regulation)
This own-initiative report concerns implementation of the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) on harmonised conditions for marketing construction products. Amendments address the slow adoption and backlog of harmonised standards, the CPR providing a common technical language rather than minimum safety levels, the new legislative framework, compliance costs burdening SMEs, the role of standardisation bodies, safety, and buildings' share of energy use and waste.

Plenary votes
1 roll-call votesIn plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
