2020/2008(INI)·9th term·AGRI / EMPL·INI - Own-initiative procedure·CompletedProcedure completed
Rapporteur (the Member appointed to lead Parliament's work on this text): SZYDŁO Beata (ECR)
Summary

This own-initiative report concerns ageing policy after 2020. Amendments cite the rising old-age dependency ratio and its uneven impact on rural and remote areas, addressing pensions, poverty, lifelong learning, health care and workplace safety for older workers. They emphasise generational renewal in agriculture and family farming under the CAP, intergenerational dialogue and active ageing.

Plenary votes

24 roll-call votes

In plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
