Summary

Legislative-initiative report on quality traineeships in the EU. The amendments define traineeships as work practice aiding young people's transition to regular employment, and address fair payment, working hours, health and social coverage, the misuse of unpaid traineeships, inclusiveness for persons with disabilities and people with fewer opportunities, the Erasmus+ programme, and common quality standards at Union level.
