Summary

An own-initiative report on EU-African security cooperation in the Sahel region, West Africa and the Horn of Africa. Amendments address support for the Barkhane and Takuba operations, the spread of jihadism and terrorist groups, cooperation with partners including Morocco and the G5 Sahel, the role of China and Russia, links between security and development action, debt, and protection of education for children, refugees and girls.
