Summary

This dossier concerns access to information and justice and public participation in environmental matters, applying the Aarhus Convention. Amendments revise recitals and provisions on the European Green Deal, the internal review under Regulation (EC) No 1367/2006, the definition of an administrative act and inclusion of non-legislative acts, access for environmental non-governmental organisations, Article 9(3) of the Aarhus Convention, the Compliance Committee, CJEU case law, and State aid under TFEU.
