Crisis and force majeure Regulation
This dossier is the Crisis and force majeure Regulation in the field of migration and asylum. Some amendments reject the Commission's proposal, while others rewrite recitals on internal border controls, solidarity and fair sharing of responsibility between Member States, a mandatory relocation mechanism, and the rights of third-country nationals.
