EU Recovery prospectus and targeted adjustments for financial intermediaries to help the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic
A legislative proposal on the EU Recovery prospectus and targeted adjustments for financial intermediaries to help recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. The amendments revise recitals and provisions around a new short-form 'EU Recovery prospectus' to help issuers recover and recapitalise companies, including SMEs and start-ups, its summary, maximum length and structure, exemptions for credit institutions, the regime's expiry at the end of 2022, and obligations on financial intermediaries.
