A proposed regulation amending Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 to provide exceptional additional Structural Funds resources for crisis repair following the COVID-19 pandemic and a green, digital and resilient recovery, known as REACT-EU. The amendments revise recitals on the crisis's impact on employment and inequalities, the additional exceptional amount, transfers between the ERDF and ESF, and ESF use for job maintenance, short-time work schemes, the self-employed, social inclusion and cross-border workers.
