Summary

This dossier is the annual implementing report on the EU association agreement with Georgia. The amendments cite the Memorandum of Understanding between ruling and opposition parties, Venice Commission and ODIHR opinions, and address the Association Agreement and Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area, condemnation of Russian occupation of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, judicial reforms, visa liberalisation, the COVID-19 response and Lugar laboratory, and Russian disinformation and cyber-attacks.
